Don't make it harder
To comeback to an habit that you want to do, don't put the bar higher. Put it lower. Make it easier for yourself to comeback to it.
The goal isn't to make something grandiose and impress everyone. You just want to start again. Just try to make anything. Do it now, don't plan something for someday.
Nobody will be mad if you try to make it easier for you to do something you love to do. You shouldn't be ashamed either of not being able to keep up doing it in the past. You had your priorities back then and stopping was what made things more manageable for you at the time. It was helpful for you to stop just for a moment.
But now if you just want to do it again, do it. If it's far more helpful to comeback to that thing now, go back to it. It doesn't matter if it's something simple you did in 20 minutes. You did something anyway.
Just do it again at your own pace.
