My daily routine
I started my happiness project the August 11th. It's been more than a week since I've begun this project. I now have a small routine that I follow everyday.
However, I'm back in school today. That means that I have to change my routine to adapt to the school agenda. Luckily, my current habits are compatible with this agenda. I just have to do some small teaks to adapt a little bit.
Here is the routines that I'll follow in the future:
Morning routine
- Wake up (around 5 a.m. and 6 a.m.)
- Make bed
- Drink water
- Basic Hygene
- Write and publish a post 1
- Sweep the floor
Then I do whatever I have to do during the day. Which is ussually written and planned in advance in my agenda. That means that I just have to do the important actions.
Evening routine
- Exercise
- Assigned work (25 min)
- Studying (10 min)
- Dinner
- Basic Hygiene
- Digital Garden (at least 5 minutes)
- Journaling (before 21 p.m.)
- Reading
- Sleeping when tired
And then repeat.
After the blaugust even, I won't publish a post everyday, but I'll still write.↩
