Happiness project - Month 01

Boost energy - vitality

The first and most important goal of the whole project.

With vitality, I will be able to give my very best. I will also be less stressed, and live a longer, healthier life. And I will be like that everyday. It means that I can be consistent on my other goals.

Now let me present you all of my resolutions for this month.

Wind down at 9 p.m.

No matter what happens, I will have to wind down at 9pm, everyday.

At 9pm, I'll have to stop any activity that I am doing. I will take a shower, change into my pajamas, and lower the light. Lowering the temperature of my bedroom will also help.

And until I feel tired, I will simply use my e-reader and read some books.

Physical activity

Everyday, I will do some physical activity.

It could be stretching, walking, biking, calisthenics or just sport. I will create a simple weekly schedule. But the goal is to simply get moving. It's to avoid sitting and lying down all day. To avoid having a sedentary lifestyle.

Go outside for 20 minutes everyday

This goal is also to avoid a sedentary lifestyle.

The risk is to stay in my apartment for a long period of time. That's why I will impose myself to go outside for at least 20 minutes.

Toss, Restore, Organize

Outer order, inner calm.

Everyday, I have to spend at least 15 minutes for outer order. It could be either to toss things, to organize my life, or restore good habits.

I'm not only talking about my environment here, but also my schedule, my budget and my documents.

Also, something really important, the trash bag is my best friend. I accumulated too much things. I have a lot of hard times to find some of my belongings, I have too much of them.

Eat better

If I don't eat well, I won't have the energy to tackle my resolutions.

I need to stop skipping meals. Especially breakfast. I may need to prepare everything the night before, so it's easier upon waking up. Also, I need to eat more fruits, more vegetables. Avoiding sugar and ultra-processed foods.

That's one resolution I certainly need to learn more about.


I have some really basic goals down. The next thing I have to do is to take action. To achieve each things in this list everyday. And to continue, day after day.

Also learning about these resolutions everyday. When I'll see that something don't work or that I'm doing something wrong, I'll do some course correction.

I hope that it will turn out better.
