My plan to master the basics of networking
I wanted to change degree. Which I now know that it's approved. But having some basics of networking is important. There is some knowledge I don't have.
Being able to study that degree without feeling behind. Having the satisfaction to success learning it all. Seeing all of the ressources I've created along the way. Seeing how it could help other achieving the same. That would be amazing.
But the thing is, I don't work enough. My environnement doesn't encourage me to work toward that goal. I encounter a lot of resistance when trying to achieve something.
I need to have something that get me to work everyday. That's why I decided to participate to the 100 Days To Offload challenge. Trying to post everyday, even if I don't decide to include the post in the challenge. So that I keep the momentum.
In order to get the important knowledge, I started to participate to some online courses. The one I am working on is about the basics of networking. There is two other courses. I would also like to learn from the Odin project.
I want to be able to retain the informations long-term. I read the research on the learning science to know the best methods. Then I found a blog named Learning Scientists. It have some great ressources. So I'll use the method they talk about.
I also want to create a personal wiki. In order to keep a trace of what I am learning. Also to make it easier to plan YouTube videos. Because the best way to learn is to teach.
I know have a lot of things to do and to try. But in order to have some results, I should actually act. I am not sure of the best way to do those things yet. So I'll just do something. I will figure out a better way to do all of the above while doing them.
