Rebuilding my blog
It was three weeks ago. I've started to think more deeply about my blog's structure. I didn't liked how it was at the time. I wanted a blog that I was proud of. That meant that I had to change how my blog was.
The first thing I did was to remove the blog page from the navigation bar. I didn't want to use that page as the main way to access my posts.
So how could my readers find new posts to read? I started by adding links to my home page. Those links would show a list of filtered posts. I also added a list showing the most recent posts.
I then created a new page, the projects page. It will be a list all of the projects I am working on. The first project I added is this blog designing. I will surely talk about this blog structure in the future.
The reader will have the choice to read about what would interest him. My blog won't simply be seen as a list of posts I've published. My blog is a list of all the subjects that interested me.
I am still thinking about how I could make my blog better. But I can now say that I am proud of my little internet corner. It's far from great, but it's there.
